Pricing FAQ

How long will launch pricing last?
Launch pricing is available during our beta period. Once you lock in a launch price, that rate is guaranteed for 12 months from your signup date - even after we raise prices for new customers.
What happens if I exceed my monthly report limit?
You will not be cut off. Overage reports are billed at a per-report rate that varies by plan. Starter is $0.65/report, Pro is $0.45/report, and Business gets custom overage rates. You can also set a hard cap in your dashboard to prevent unexpected charges.
Are trends and Fair Market Rent lookups really free?
Yes. The /v1/trends and /v1/fair-market-rent endpoints are free on all plans and do not count toward your monthly report quota. Only /v1/comps reports are metered.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes 25 free comp reports when you sign up - no credit card required. This lets you integrate and test the API before committing to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. All prices are in USD.
